Quality Control

We have an independent professional QC team to implement full-process quality management. Equipped with CNC coordinate measuring machine (CMM), we conduct high-precision dimensional and tolerance testing for all machined parts to ensure product accuracy meets customer standards. Besides professional machine testing, our packaging staff will carry out secondary manual re-inspection before packaging and shipment, double-checking product appearance, size and quality to eliminate defective products. We can provide official quality inspection reports for every batch of goods. All inspection data is fully recorded and traceable. From raw material inspection, in-process testing, precision CMM detection to final re-check and report issuance, we deliver stable, consistent and high-quality mechanical parts for global clients.
Our Services

We focus on CNC machining, custom mechanical parts processing and bulk metal components manufacturing, providing one-stop OEM & ODM precision machining services for global customers. Custom production is available according to drawings and samples, including shafts, bearing parts and various mechanical metal parts. We process multiple materials such as 40Cr, GCr15, tin bronze, carbon steel and stainless steel. We support prototype trial production, small-batch customization and mass production orders. With stable supply chain and mature production system, we strictly control product precision, quality and delivery time.
